The YumYum Factory Custom Units: Our unit construction and return shipment time averages 14-21 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.)

The YumYum Factory Ready to Ship Units: Ready to Ship Units will ship immediately after your payment is processed. Please expect 2-3 business days for delivery.

The YumYum Factory Starter Units: Our Starter Units processing time is 7-10 business days and 2-3 business days for shipping.

Payment Processing Policy: We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes:

If we can not verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a refund.
